If your pet does not show any noticeable improvement in their condition after consistent use, or experiences any adverse reaction, you may be eligible for a refund.
What Is Covered
1. Adverse Reactions
If your pet experiences unexpected side effects (such as vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or sensitivity towards ingredients), please discontinue use and contact us. You may be eligible for a refund.
2. No Noticeable Improvement
If your pet has used Furrywell consistently as directed and you do not observe any noticeable improvement within 30 days of delivery, you may request a refund.
Clarification on Results
Every pet is different, and improvement may happen gradually.
This guarantee applies to cases where there is no noticeable improvement at all.
If your pet shows any level of improvement, it indicates the product is working and may not qualify for a refund.
We recommend consistent use for at least 2–3 weeks to properly assess results.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Applies to first-time purchases only per customer/household
- The product must be used as directed and consistently
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Returns & Process
To request a refund:

- We will provide further instructions, including return details if required

Return Requirements
- In some cases, we may request the product to be returned
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise
- All returns are subject to review and approval
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- The pet shows partial or noticeable improvement
- The product was not used as directed
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery
- Repeat purchases of the same product
- Bulk, wholesale, or distributor orders
- Suspected misuse or abuse of the policy
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method
- Please allow up to 10–14 business days after approval
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
